To ensure faster and safer delivery, we choose FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL Ground/Air service. We will randomly select the shipping method.
2. Shipping Costs
All products are shipped free of charge, whether or not.
3. Shipping Time
Most in-stock products and orders will be shipped the same day or within 1 business day, and the carrier to which the product is shipped will be randomly selected based on the destination. Once the product has been shipped, it will take 3-5 business days for any shipping method to arrive.
In addition, except for weekends, there will be some delay in product shipment due to covid-19. After that, you can track the shipment details by using the tracking number we emailed to you. For customized or made-to-order products, shipping time may vary as they may require fabrication, painting, embroidery or assembly.

Oversized products must be shipped by truck freight or LTL which is different from other ground shipping methods. Please note that inspection and signature services are required for oversized products.
